Shipping Policy
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided during checkout.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Believe NYC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive:

Donations made through Believe NYC currently are not tax deductible at this time, as nonprofit status is still pending.

Donations are non-refundable unless required by law.
